45 Disable DTMF 1 tone upon automatic phone line access = 0
Enable DTMF 1 tone upon automatic phone line access = 1
Default = 0
Some automated equipment requires a specific indication that the patch is ready to
accept DTMF digits. When enabled, this parameter causes the patch to answer the line
with a DTMF 1 (instead of the usual beep).
